Merchandising is the art and science of merchandising the right product, time, place, size, color, and price. Understanding and merging the quantitative and qualitative data to make actionable data-drive decisions.

Hypothesis Mindset

1. What is the problem we are solving?

2. What are we trying?

3. What are we trying to learn?

4. What is going to change? (Testable prediction)

5. How are we going to test it with metrics? (Data to test the prediction)

6. How do we know it is a success? (Evaluate hypothesis with KPIs/metrics)
